How ordering works
Ordering gifts for a team or a client list should feel as good as giving them. Here's how it works, step by step.

Choose
Pick a Preset Pack or individual gifts and add them to your inquiry. Not sure where to start? Try the Gift Finder, or tell us the occasion and budget.

Request a quote
Send your inquiry on WhatsApp or through our enquiry form, with quantities, delivery dates and anything else we should know. We'll reply within one working day.

See your mock-up
We share a digital mock-up of your logo on each gift, with a quote for the whole order.

Approve
Once the mock-ups and quote look right, you approve them. Payment terms are shared with your quote.

We make your gifts
Your gifts are made with your logo and packed with care, on the timeline agreed in your quote.

Delivery
Tell us where your gifts need to go, and we'll confirm delivery options and costs with your quote.
Minimum quantities
It depends on the product. Made-to-order items show their minimum on the product page; for everything else, we'll confirm it with your quote.
Lead times
It depends on the products, the quantity and the customisation. You'll get a clear timeline with your quote.
Sending your logo
Send a PNG, SVG or PDF up to 4 MB. A vector file (SVG or PDF) gives the sharpest result on every size.
If your logo has light and dark versions, send both, along with your brand colours if you have them.
