Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add the gifts you like to your inquiry, then send it to us on WhatsApp or through our enquiry form. We'll reply within one working day. We'll come back with mock-ups and a quote. Once you approve them, we make your gifts and send them on their way.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product. Made-to-order items show their minimum on the product page; for everything else, we'll confirm it with your quote.
How long will my order take?
It depends on the products, the quantity and the customisation. You'll get a clear timeline with your quote.
Can I mix different products in one order?
Yes. Add everything you'd like to one inquiry, from Preset Packs and individual products, and we'll quote for the whole order.
Can I share a shortlist with my team before ordering?
Yes. In your inquiry, choose Copy link or Printable PDF to share the list for an internal approval round.
Your logo
Can you add our logo?
Yes. Every product and pack on the site can carry your logo.
Will I see the design before it's made?
Always. We share a digital mock-up of your logo on the product, and nothing is made until you approve it.
What logo file should I send?
A PNG, SVG or PDF up to 4 MB. A vector file (SVG or PDF) gives the sharpest result. If you have light and dark versions of your logo, send both.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Tell us where your gifts need to go, and we'll confirm delivery options and costs with your quote.
Can you deliver to several addresses?
Tell us how many addresses you have in mind, and we'll confirm what's possible with your quote.
What if something arrives damaged?
Contact us straight away with photos of the item and its packaging, and we'll work it out with you. Our returns and replacements policy has the details.
Prices and payment
Are the prices on the site final?
Prices are shown per unit or per pack and exclude GST. Your final price is confirmed in your quote and can depend on quantity and customisation.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are shared with your quote.
